Hi All...
I too have clothes to donate for Haiti relief.
I spoke with one group here in Los Angeles who was accepting clothing donations, but say they are full up and cannot take any more. As we all know, the initial call was for money to help get medicine, water, food, etc. to the people.
I understand that now plans are underway to get other essentials, such as clothing, on its way to Haiti.
The woman at the organization in L.A. told me to wait a week or two and start checking with the larger churches in my area. She said many are preparing shipments and will be taking donations of clothing and other items (linens, blankets).
So that's the best advice I can give to everyone here~= check with your local churches and other philanthropic organizations.
