I hope I made myself clear in the message about food and water drops. I am saying we can drop SMALL food stuff like granola bars and even MRE s individually not on a pallet. They flutter to the ground without the aid of a paracute and cause no harm. You need to drop a lot of small food item so that everyone scatters to gather the food. If it is a granola bar and you pop it right in your mouth someone will have a hard time taking it from you.... If the camps are deemed too dangerous
